My work and experience
I am a qualified, experienced integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor, and have been a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy for sixteen years. 
I have worked with individuals and couples in various settings: a drug and alcohol clinic,  a GP practice, a military charity, and  within primary, secondary and university education.  I have worked as lead mental health professional for a charity helping physically and mentally injured service personnel suffering from combat related post traumatic stress.  I have used mindfulness, horses and the natural environment as part of a recovery program for mentally injured adults and teenagers.  Alongside my private practice. I have worked for a local charity focused on combating loneliness and isolation.
