It can be really helpful to hear your thoughts out loud, in private, with a professional: someone who is caring, accepting and responsive. When you’re feeling frightened, angry or unhappy, it can be difficult to ask for help, particularly from the people closest to you. It’s crucial you find a counsellor you can trust and connect with.

My Aim

I work with courage, warmth, honesty and compassion. I am an integrative counsellor, using a person-centred approach but drawing on cbt, coaching techniques, existential and emotionally focused therapy, to offer clients a way of understanding and regulating their emotional responses.

Whatever’s troubling you, my aim is to offer a calm and safe space where we can take a close look at what’s going on for you, whether that’s feelings of anger, fear, shame, resentment or complete confusion. From there we can work out what changes are possible and you can move towards a more peaceful and fulfilling future.

Setting

I offer discreet, safe and calm interaction so you will feel able to share your thoughts and feelings without fear or embarrassment. Sessions can be face to face or online using Zoom.

Individuals - online £50 - face to face £60 per session

Couples - online £75 - face to face £85 per session
